The Standard Non-Profit Package will work towards getting your entity in good standing with both the Franchise Tax Board and the Secretary of State. The processing time varies depending on several factors. We always provide a Service Guarantee, Standard’s lasts for 2 years. Review the other Standard services below:

  • If you are not upgrading your service from a prior Phone Consultation, you can contact us, either by phone or in response to the email you will receive, regarding the details, any questions you may have, and what the process involves.
  • Each Revivor is different, but they all typically require more than 1 in person visit to the Franchise Tax Board (FTB). Our Standard Package includes up to 6 personal trips to the FTB on our daily run. It also includes as much contact with the Tax Exempt Unit (TEU) as is needed in order to complete the revivor process for your entity.
  • In most cases, you will receive a breakdown of the requirements that the TEU will need in order to get your organization back into good standing the same day that the order is placed. There are a few outside factors that may delay this, but if it does get pushed back to the following business day, rest assured, it will be the first thing on our to-do lists.
  • Some of the reasons that you are FTB suspended can also be indicative of a Secretary of State (SOS) suspension. Entities can often be suspended by both agencies simultaneously. Since one affects the other, there may be SOS requirements to get your entity in good standing with both the FTB and SOS. In our Standard Package we waive the service fees for all revivor required Secretary of State submissions (State fees still apply), as well as provide a Certificate of Good Standing for the newly revived entity.
