$1,000

Recommended for those who are dealing with suspended Non-Profit Organizations that are delinquent with the Attorney General’s office, are in Litigation, are an HOA in Escrow, or have a need to have the revivor process completed as expeditiously as possible.

PLUS:

  • Each Revivor is different, but they all require more than 1 in person visit to the Franchise Tax Board (FTB). More often than not, it requires 3 trips (or more) before an entity is revived. Our Deluxe Package includes unlimited trips on our regular daily run.
  • Often, there are Secretary of State (SOS) requirements necessary for the revival of an entity. Our Deluxe Package includes unlimited trips to the SOS on our daily run to deliver or collect the relevant documents required to renew the entity’s good standing.
  • Our in house Attorney General’s office specialist will verify that your standing with the AG is not delinquent. If it is found that your entity is delinquent with the AG, we will assist you with submission of all required documents to the AG office at no extra charge.
  • If supporting documentation can be provided, we will contact the TEU’s Rush unit in order to expedite the processing time of the revival for your entity once all revival requirements have been met. (The TEU charges an additional $56 rush fee, if their requirements are met)
  • Select clients may be eligible for fee advancement, in which we obtain a Cashier’s Check on your behalf. This will incur a 5% fee to cover the additional expenses imposed by our financial institutions. This is an optional service and you are welcome to obtain a Cashier’s Check independently, though doing so may cause a delay as the physical check must then be sent to us.
  • Peace of mind knowing that you have an advocate supporting your case at the FTB in person and the assurance that we’ll keep you informed of the process from start to finish.

*The TEU will require specific documentation to be eligible for a Rush requirement and get a 2-3 week processing time.
