Our second most popular plan, the Silver Package will work towards getting your entity in good standing with both the Franchise Tax Board and the Secretary of State. The process takes between 1 to 2 weeks to complete. We always provide a Service Guarantee, Silver’s lasts for 2 years. Review the other Silver services below:

- 3 trips to the Franchise Tax Board on our regular daily run.

- If you are not upgrading your service from a prior Phone Consultation, you can contact us, either by phone or in response to the email you will receive regarding details, any questions you may have, and what the process involves.
- Each Revivor is different, but they all require more than 1 in person visit to the Franchise Tax Board (FTB). More often than not, it requires 3 trips (or more) before an entity is revived. Our Silver Package includes up to 6 personal trips to the FTB on our daily run.
- Select clients may be eligible for fee advancement, in which we obtain a Cashier’s Check on your behalf. This will incur a 5% fee to cover the additional expenses imposed by our financial institutions. This is an optional service and you are welcome to obtain a Cashier’s Check independently, though doing so may cause a delay as the physical check must then be sent to us.
- Some of the reasons that you are FTB suspended can also indicate a Secretary of State (SOS) suspension. Entities are often suspended by both agencies in our experience. Since one affects the other, there may be SOS requirements to get your entity in good standing with both the FTB and SOS. With our Silver Package we waive the service fees for all revivor required Secretary of State submissions. Additionally, a Certificate of Good Standing for the newly revived entity is provided once the SOS website reflects the Active Status.
