Service Guarantee: We stand by our work. If we get a company revived and they subsequently get suspended again within the time associated with the service package they chose, we’ll go right back to the Franchise Tax Board (FTB) to get things straightened out. While there may be additional collections imposed by the State, no additional fee for our service beyond the original retainer would apply.

Scope of Services: Our package options are a summation of the things each package is eligible for. The exact services provided, number of trips required, and services for which an entity is eligible will vary with each revivor.

Estimated Processing Times: The processing times on our website are estimates, which may vary based on the State’s workload and are ultimately dependent on our clients providing all required forms and fees in a timely manner. The exact number of trips/contacts required to revive the company may vary.

Retaining our services does not alter a client’s financial liability for outstanding taxes & penalties. While we routinely save our clients money and time, success is ultimately up to the client and the accuracy of information they provide.

Fee Disclosures: Our service fee does not include the outstanding taxes, fees, penalties, and interest owed to the FTB and/or SOS. Subject to management approval, we may advance fees to those agencies on our clients’ behalf upon request. Any fee advancement is subject to a modest fee (currently 5%) to cover the merchant service costs associated with credit card processing and/or bank fees for cashier’s checks. There are occasions where our Staff will advance nominal FTB fees ($500.00 or less) while at the FTB Field Office in order to avoid any delays in the revivor process. We reserve the right to charge the payment method we have on file for the advancements of fees paid to the FTB in this manner.

Cancellation Policy: Our service fee is essentially a retainer for us to represent you with the FTB/SOS. This begins when we contact the FTB on our clients’ behalf, regardless of whether or not the client is able or willing to later complete the revivor process. We understand that not every company will be in a position to do so once we provide them with the revivor requirements specific to their entity. If a client decides not to move forward with the revivor process upon receiving their requirements, it is their prerogative to do so. Should a client wish to resume the revivor process, no additional fee will apply so long as the request is made within the advertised service window. That said, any fees paid by our firm to the FTB/SOS on our clients’ behalf are nonrefundable. Should a client wish to cancel all services after our firm has already engaged the FTB/SOS, they will not be eligible for a full refund of our service retainer.

Refund Policy: Retainers associated with our service package options are not eligible for a full refund once we engage with the FTB/SOS. Clients who do not proceed with the revivor process upon receipt of requirements may be eligible for a partial refund of the package cost solely at our manager’s discretion. Refund requests must be initiated within 30 days of the order being placed. Phone consultation fees are nonrefundable in their entirety; as well as any fees paid to the FTB and/or SOS – this includes the advancement fee if our firm made payments to the FTB on our Clients’ behalf.

Privacy Policy: Our website and staff collect contact, payment, and mailing information as required to complete services at our clients’ request. This information may be shared with government agencies to complete the filing/revivor process. We do not otherwise share any client information except as required by law.
