• If you are not upgrading your service from a prior Phone Consultation, you can contact us, either by phone or in response to the email you will receive regarding details, any questions you may have, and what the process revivor involves.
• Each Revivor is different, but they all require more than 1 in person visit to the FTB. More often than not, it requires around 3 trips before an entity is revived. Our Bronze Package includes 3 regular, personal trips to the FTB by our staff to ensure that the revivor process goes smoothly and is fully resolved.
