- Expertise of our revivor staff, only a phone call or quick email away.
- If eligible, obtain Cashier’s Check on your behalf (5% Advance Fee Applies).
- Waived Service Fees on relevant SOS requirement submissions.
- Obtain a Certificate of Good Standing once the entity is revived.
PLUS:
- Each Revivor is different, but they all require more than 1 in person visit to the Franchise Tax Board (FTB). More often than not, it requires 3 trips (or more) before an entity is revived. Our Gold Package includes unlimited trips on our regular daily run.
- Often there are Secretary of State (SOS) requirements necessary for the revival of your entity. Our Gold Package includes unlimited trips to the SOS on our daily run to deliver the relevant documents required to renew the entity’s good standing.
- We are so dedicated to getting your entity revived, we will cover all the State fees for required Standard Processing SOS submissions. The fees we cover may include (but are not limited to) Nonrefundable State Standard Processing Fees, State Filings Fees, State Copy Fees, and our own service fees – all covered under the Gold Package (valued between $146 – $245).
- Many of our clients have a need for assistance with the Contractors State Licensing Board. Included in the Gold Package is as many trips to the CSLB as needed in order to submit renewal paperwork, pay fees, or simply to follow up, if so desired.
- If your case has complications, Steven, the founder of FTB Revivors and our Corporate Revivor Specialist will contact you and provide a consultation in order to make sure all parties are on the same page.
- If your entity had a Secretary of State penalty assessed, we can assist you in the process of having that penalty waived after the entity has been brought back into good standing.
- Peace of mind knowing that you have an advocate supporting your case at the FTB in person and the assurance that we’ll keep you informed of the process from start to finish.
