Our Silver Package generally takes 1-2 weeks to revive your entity.

• Recommended for suspended entities that are not under an impending deadline but require additional services for revival.
• Up to six trips to the Franchise Tax Board (FTB) counter on your behalf.
• Most clients are eligible for fee advancement in which we obtain a cashier’s check on your behalf (5% advance fee will incur). This option is for your convenience and not required.
• A Certificate of Good Standing from the Secretary of State (SOS) will be provided once your entity reflects an active status.
• Entities can be suspended simultaneously by the FTB as well as the SOS. We will waive our service fees for all revivors that require SOS submissions – you will only be required to cover the State fees.
• Discounted tax return preparation services by Steven if the FTB is requiring tax returns for revival.
• Additional entities will receive a 20% discount.
