All of our packages are progressive – each tier includes all the benefits of the package that precedes it. At our daily morning appointments, each case is prioritized based on package level. Timeframes are estimated based on previous revival cases. If you are interested in speaking with our Revivor Specialist prior to ordering a package, we do offer a phone consultation.
2-3 Week Processing
• Includes up to 4 trips to the Franchise Tax Board.
1-2 Week Processing
• Up to 6 trips to the Franchise Tax Board.
• Certificate of Good Standing from the Secretary of State (SOS) will be included.
• Cashier’s check obtainable on your behalf (5% advance fee).
• Waived service fees for SOS submissions – you will only be required to cover the State fees.
• Requirements for your entity’s revival are usually obtained the same day for orders that are placed in the morning.
2-5 Business Day Processing*
• Unlimited trips to the Franchise Tax Board.
• Contractors State License Board (CSLB) counter trips included as needed.
• Relevant SOS submissions with standard processing included.
• Assistance with the Secretary of State Penalty Waiver for applicable cases.
• Contract Voidability (CV) service included if desired.
*State requires additional documentation to be eligible for a 2-5 business day revivor.
1 Business Day Processing*
• Prioritized staffing on your revival case.
• Immediate afternoon trips to the Franchise Tax Board are included with this package, if applicable.
• Direct contact with escrow officers.
• Additional consultations with Steven, our Corporate Revival Specialist, as needed.
*Option to upgrade to a Dedicated Platinum Package.
*State requires additional documentation to be eligible for a one business day revivor.
