SOS Filings began as a service company working closely with the Business Programs Division of the California Secretary of State (SOS). Over the years, however, we noticed an increasing number of clients struggling to understand and resolve suspensions placed on their entities by the Franchise Tax Board (FTB) and SOS. Recognizing this growing challenge, we knew we could help. As a result, we launched a new branch of our business dedicated entirely to restoring suspended entities back to active status and good standing. Today, FTB Revivors offers the added benefit of a personal representative at both the SOS and FTB. By handling communications directly with the state agencies, we are able to help clients avoid the added hassle and expense of corresponding with the SOS/FTB while waiting for approval by mail. This direct approach ensures faster, smoother resolutions for our clients.

Mission & Vision
Our number one goal is to quickly revive our clients’ entities at a reasonable price, no matter the circumstances. Many clients live too far from a Franchise Tax Board field office or are too busy to handle the revival themselves. We take care of the work on their behalf, making it our priority to restore their companies to active status. We focus on making our clients happy and getting them back on track to success. History
In 2009, the SOS closed 3 field offices, leaving a great back log of filings within their Sacramento location. In 2010 SOS Filings was established to help. We incorporated a little while later in 2012 – becoming SOS Filings Incorporated. Four years and almost 20,000 filings later, people began asking about FTB Revivors, if we could help revive their suspended business entities. We could, and launched the FTB Revivors Division to assist those with suspended entities that lack the necessary time, resources and expertise to do it themselves.
