Our Gold Package generally takes 2-5 business days to revive your entity.*

• Recommended for those who are dealing with suspended entities that are in litigation, escrow, or have a fast approaching deadline.
• Unlimited trips to the Franchise Tax Board (FTB).
• A Certificate of Good Standing from the Secretary of State (SOS) will be provided once your entity reflects an active status.
• We will waive our service fee as well as any State fees for required Standard Processing SOS submissions – all covered under the Gold Package.
• Most clients are eligible for fee advancement in which we obtain a cashier’s check on your behalf (5% advance fee will incur). This option is for your convenience and not required.
• Counter trips to the Contractors State License Board (CSLB) are included.
• Assistance with the SOS Penalty Waiver for applicable cases.
• If desired, Contract Voidability (CV) service is included.
