Our Silver Package for non-profits generally takes about 2-3 weeks*.

  • Recommended for suspended non-profit organizations that are delinquent with the Attorney General’s (AG) office or are in litigation.
  • Unlimited trips to the Franchise Tax Board (FTB) counter on your behalf.
  • If your entity is delinquent with the AG, we will assist you with submission of all required documents.
  • Contact with the Tax Exempt Unit (TEU) included.
  • A Certificate of Good Standing from the Secretary of State (SOS) will be provided once your entity reflects an active status.
  • If supporting documentation can be provided, we will contact the TEU’s Rush unit in order to expedite the processing time of the revival for your entity.
  • Most clients are eligible for fee advancement in which we obtain a cashier’s check on your behalf (5% advance fee will incur). This option is for your convenience and not required.
  • Comes with a three year service guarantee.
  • *The TEU will require specific documentation to be eligible for a Rush requirement (2-3 week processing time instead of the usual 7 month processing time.)
