• Recommended for those who are dealing with suspended entities and need immediate revivor services.
• Direct correspondence with Steven, our corporate president, via phone or email. He is your primary contact and will be fully engaged with your case and is available outside of regular business hours to assist with your urgent situation.
• If complete confidentiality is desired, Steven will be the only one in our office handling your case with the client provided point of contact.
• Unlimited trips to the Franchise Tax Board (FTB). This will include immediate afternoon trips if applicable for your case.
• Prioritized staffing. Your entity is always at the top of our list.
• A Certificate of Good Standing from the Secretary of State (SOS) will be provided once your entity reflects an active status.
• No additional cost for standard processing submissions to the SOS for required documents.
• Counter trips to the Contractors State License Board (CSLB) are included.
• Most clients are eligible for fee advancement in which we obtain a cashier’s check on your behalf (5% advance fee will incur). This option is for your convenience and not required.
• Assistance with the SOS Penalty Waiver for applicable cases.
• Direct contact with escrow officers to request release of funds for the FTB.
