- Every Revivor situation is different, but almost all require more than 2 in person trips to the FTB. Since these entities are so time-sensitive, we give Platinum clients top priority at the counter. When you get us what the FTB or the SOS needs, our Specialist will prepare the submission and ensures it is submitted at our next run/appointment. Your entity is at the top of our staffs’ list.
- We often come across scenarios where an entity is in escrow, and do not have the funds to revive the entity until the escrow has closed. With the Platinum Package, we will draft a letter addressed directly to your escrow agent, requesting that they release the funds needed to revive the entity as an additional disbursement. Meaning the funds go directly from the sale of the property to the FTB, allowing the entity to get revived. We will also communicate directly with the escrow officers as needed to facilitate this release of funds.
- Since suspended entities cannot defend themselves in court, enforce, or enter into new contracts, Relief from Contract Voidability (RCV) is the FTB’s assurance that contracts established during suspension are defensible. If applicable, our Platinum Package includes assistance from our Revivalist Specialist in obtaining a Certificate of RCV for the amount of time required by your suspended entity (State fees will apply).
- Often, there are Secretary of State (SOS) requirements necessary for the revival of your entity. Our Platinum package includes unlimited trips to the SOS to deliver relevant documents required to renew the entity’s good standing.
