How It All Began

In 2009, the Secretary of State closed 3 field offices, leaving a great back log of filings within their Sacramento location. Service companies all over California saw this need and decided to help. In 2010, SOS Filings was established, and incorporated in 2012. Within a few months, we were staffing 4-5 people working with state filings every day. Four years and almost 20,000 filings later, people began asking if we could help get their suspended businesses revived. We could. So, in time we launched this site to assist those with suspended entities that lack the necessary resources and expertise to do it themselves. Our #1 goal is to get entities revived in a quick and reasonably priced manner, no matter the circumstances.
